Un mexicano “vivo” logró burlar a un supermercado. Se llevó un cargamento enorme de desodorantes por pocos pesos, aprovechando un cartel mal escrito.
Un mexicano se aprovechó de un error en un cartel de un supermercado y logró hacer una compra imposible.
Juan de Dios Partida, un ciudadano de la ciudad de Altamira (México) compró 235 desodorantes a sólo 39,9 pesos mexicanos (ó 37,4 pesos argentinos al tipo de cambio de hoy).
El cartel decía: "TODOS los desodorantes Axe a solo 39.90". Entre los que se encontraban presentaciones de 96 y 112 gramos, en el local.
"Yo iba a hacer mis compras normales y al pasar por el exhibidor vi que era el único cartelón donde no estaba especificado el 'cada uno' para el producto que está en venta y pues se me ocurrió, pregunté y me dijeron que sí me la tenían que hacer válida", dijo Juan al contar su experiencia.
El cliente puso todos los desodorantes en un chango y fue a la caja. La cajera se negó a cobrarlos. Este tomó fotos del cartel y presentó su caso ante la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor.
Después de tres días, regresó al supermercado a llevarse toda su compra por 39,90 pesos mexicanos. El verdadero valor de los 235 desodorantes era de 9.376,5 pesos mexicanos (8.764,2 pesos argentinos).
